About Brighton at Bay Colony
Brighton at Bay Colony is a luxury high-rise condo tower located directly on the beach in Bay Colony, the most prestigious subdivision in Pelican Bay. 8231 Bay Colony Drive marks the address of this fabulous building completed in 1994. Brighton was the second beachfront condo building in Bay Colony to remodel their common areas. Contessa, the oldest building on the beach was the first building to remodel. After the completion of Contessa's second remodel, Brighton is likely going to remodel again in the near future.

Past Client Remarks About Brighton at Bay Colony
Past clients comment extremely favorably about the glass railings and the difference the view makes as opposed to metal spindle railings in all of the other beachfront condo buildings in Bay Colony. Occasionally, prospective buyers with height and other phobias do not react well to these open lanais. Some buyers who are anticipating entertaining friends and family with small children will opt for a more sense of security with screened enclosures found in other buildings.
Brighton at Bay Colony condo owners are permitted to rent their units 1 time per year with 90-day minimum stays. 2 pets no more than 15 inches at the shoulder are permitted.
