A multi-million dollar contemporary styled remodel of the common areas was completed in 2016.
Biltmore at Bay Colony units ranges in size, beginning at about 2,860 square feet and continue over 7,000 square feet for the five-bedroom penthouse. All units above the second floor offer glorious western views of the Gulf of Mexico. Elevators are located in the center of the building allowing all condominium units to have eastern views of Pelican Bay and further depending on floor height.

Some prospective buyers feel the slightly set-back position of Biltmore hinders views due to the positioning of the neighboring buildings Brighton and Windsor in the first and fourth stack. Buyers considering a purchase who anticipate larger gatherings may complain about the size of the lanais with the interior stacks as they are a split concept making it challenging to furnish both a dining and a seating arrangement on one common lanai space.

Rental policies allow Biltmore at Bay Colony owners to rent their units once per year with a 90-day minimum lease, but most owners do not consider renting as a personal option.
One dog no taller than 15 inches at the shoulder or two cats are permitted. 2 birds are also allowed.
The most notable sale in Biltmore happened in July 2017 when #2202 closed for $8,250,000. This unit was NOT updated to 2017 maximum standards. The limit of what a condominium in Biltmore could sell for has likely not been recognized.
You can expect the most premium pricing during low inventory periods and when units have been recently remodeled with popular luxury selections. You can also count on discounts for units in original or dated conditions.
