Salerno Stack Preference
The Salerno at Bay Colony ’01 and ’04 stacks are slightly larger than the ’02 and ’03 stacks and offer great natural light but the special treasure of the end units are the wrap around lanais on both the front and back of the units offering maximum outside space. The ’04 stack is the most popular due to the close proximity of the Gulf of Mexico and views are considered far superior as there are no other high-rises located within short distance to block views from this side of the building. ’02 and ’03 stacks show slightly darker for being interior units. The ’01 stack views compete slightly with Toscana at Bay Colony due to the set back position of Salerno.
