There are pretty Bay Colony and city light views towards the left side of the visual frame and distant Park Shore lights at night. From the north side of the building, residents get Bay Colony views and distant Vanderbilt Beach and beyond lights at night.
Salerno Stack Preference
The Salerno at Bay Colony ’01 and ’04 stacks are slightly larger than the ’02 and ’03 stacks and offer great natural light but the special treasure of the end units are the wrap-around lanais on both the front and back of the units offering maximum outside space. The ’04 stack is the most popular due to the close proximity of the Gulf of Mexico and views are considered far superior as there are no other high-rises located within a short distance to block views from this side of the building. ’02 and ’03 stacks show slightly darker for being interior units. The ’01 stack views compete slightly with Toscana at Bay Colony due to the setback position of Salerno.
