If you are planning a Windsor remodel, consider choosing your designer, builder, and architect by no later than December or January and submitting your plans as early as February to ensure a successful permitting process and timely completion of your improvements.

Due to the values in Windsor, Shannon has found that most of her clients prefer penthouse condos first and south-facing condo floor plans second due to the natural light entering the condo and the absence of beachgoers at the Bay Colony Beach Club. Condos on the north side of Windsor are also exceptional but can be darker depending on interior choices, and beach views are considerably more populated. For those who like a vibrant backdrop, you may prefer the north side.
