The floor plans in Willow Brook are pretty straightforward with little wasted space and good storage. People really like the separation between bedrooms and the more open living space compared to other locations throughout Pelican Bay. Some have removed the kitchen wall during renovations. Many residents have closed their screened terraces to increase their living area especially for those units that face the street removing all screened lanai space is not always a popular selling point.
