Construction
Mansion La Palma was built by Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co. Inc. Permits were pulled in the second quarter of 1995, and the condominium was completed in 1996. A total of 7 floors and 26 condos were constructed.
Views
Stack 1 overlooks a lush mangrove forest and pool. Stack 2,3 and 4 overlook the Bay Colony Tennis Club. Condos on higher floors have slight views of the Gulf of Mexico.
